DID CHRISTINA DESIGN THE COLLECTION?
Christina designed the entire Christina Sikalias Beauty collection, right from initial idea conception, through to personally selecting, curating and testing each colour, texture and effect, in conjunction with her Milan-based manufacturer.
WHERE IS THE COLLECTION STOCKED?
The collection is sold exclusively via christinasikalias.com.
WHERE CAN I TRIAL THE PRODUCTS?
At this point in time, we don’t have any physical locations where you can view or trial the products before purchasing. However, please refer to the individual product pages, as well as Christina Sikalias Beauty Instagram @christinasikaliasbeauty, for swatches, images and videos showcasing the products.
WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
Each product in the collection is carefully manufactured and assembled in Milan, Italy – a city known for its unrivalled focus on luxury and quality. The products are then shipped to you directly from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
ARE THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not. As a brand, we believe in the humane and ethical treatment of animals, and work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to ensure our products remain 100% cruelty free.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the highly anticipated launch of Christina Sikalias Beauty, you may experience a slight delay in order processing times. Please be assured, we are working as quickly as possible to process and ship all orders.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend orders.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards, AfterPay, Klarna and Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques, cash orders or payment via phone.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND TAXES?
Please view our Shipping information for details of shipping fees applying to your location.

If you’re located outside of Australia, there may be additional GST or VAT charges added to your order. These will be displayed at checkout and form part of the total order value. Any customs duties or import taxes in your city or country will be invoiced to you separately via DHL. We’re unable to provide an estimate for these additional charges, as they vary between locations.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
If your payment is successful and your order has been received and accepted by us, you will be sent an order confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout.
WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, or are having trouble checking your status please contact us via contact@christinasikalias.com
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGED WAS DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event your package is damaged on arrival, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. Please contact us via contact@christinasikalis.com should you require any assistance with your claim.
